Jamaica takes early advantage against Winwards

Reigning champions, Jamaica have taken the early advantage in their first round match against Windward Islands at Chedwin Park in St Catherine as the West Indies Cricket Board Regional Four-Day, first-class competition bowled off today.



Sent in to bat, Windward Islands were struggling at 68 for 4 at Sports Time. Left-arm spinner, Nikita Miller has taken all wickets to fall.



The batsman back in the pavilion are Devon Smith for 19, Tyrone Theophile for 25, West Indies batsman, Andre Fletcher without scoring and Captain Darren Sammy for 5.



Over at Jarrett Park in Montego Bay, Combined Campuses and Colleges sent in to bat by Trinidad and Tobago were 32 for 1 at Sports Time.



Over at Kensington Park, Leeward Islands were 25 for 2 against Barbados at Sports Time.
