Roving with Lalah Feedback

Published:Tuesday | January 18, 2011 | 12:00 AM

The following are some of the feedback letters to last week's edition of Roving with Lalah.

Dear Robert,

Jah know Lalah! This one is the best, thus far. On second thought, my favourite piece from you would be a tie among all of them (from that Kevin Bacon ad). Had me grinning like crazy. Vivid images of the interaction you had with this fellow were in my mind. Keep up the good work.

Dear Robert,

This is so funny. After not being home for years, the same thing happened to me. To this day I am being called Trudy. That's how country people are, always happy to see a stranger.

- Annie Palmer

Dear Robert,

Good story as always. Keep them coming.

Dear Robert,

These stories are therapeutic. Excellent work again!

Dear Robert,

I have just read your article whilst sitting on my sofa in London. It was an absolute pleasure to read and has bought back fond memories of Jamaica (I visited for the first time last year with my partner). There are so many positive things I could write, yet your article embodies the one thing that touched me most and that is the friendliness of the people. Thank you for brightening a dismal, cold Tuesday evening in London.

- Lea

Dear Robert,

As usual, great story!

Dear Robert,

I have been reading your articles whenever I can and man let me tell you something, you're doing quite a thing. Keep it up.

Dear Robert,

Keep up your writings. Look forward on this cold, snowy morning.

Dear Robert,

Excellent story! Keep 'em coming.
