26 and counting

It was 26 years ago, on August 11, when Marilyn Mothersille, then a schoolteacher, and Garnet Richards, a minister of religion, met in the parish of St Mary. Their love for God brought them together at a church function. The two became one in 1984.
It was a beautiful summer evening when they tied the knot at Oracabessa New Testament Church of God in St Mary. The ceremony was officiated by the Reverend Hayles. The groom was dressed in a three-piece grey suit and bow tie. He was supported by five groomsmen, three in brown and two in grey suits. On the other hand, his bride was adorned in a white, beautifully designed dress. Two bridesmaids wore blue and three wore white.
