Song Title: Di Land Wi Love

Salome Andrea Poyser or 'Nikki Dillon' describes herself as a Jamaican fusion genre singer. Born in Rose Heights St James, Poyser first started singing at the early age of 11 with a gospel group called the Gospel Melodians in the '90s.

In 1991 she joined the community-based band, Positive Vibes, as one of its lead singers.

Name change

After 10 years of singing with the band, she went on her first tour with them to Bermuda, where she also changed her stage name to Lady Berez.

Following the tour she went on the hotel circuit on the north coast, singing at popular hotels such as Sandals, Starfish, Jack Tar Village, and Half Moon hotel.

Another tour came soon after, when she went to Grenada and shared the stage with artistes such as Vybz Kartel, Culture, and Ghost. In 2005 she released a cover version of Smokey Robinson's Second That Emotion for the Positive Vibes Band which enjoyed heavy rotation.

In that year, she also performed at Sumfest. Fresh from Guantanamo in 2007, she was also invited to Western Africa to perform for The Gambian president Yah Yah Jah Meh's birthday celebrations.

In 2008, she changed her name once more, this time from Lady Berez to Nikki Dillon and has since opened shows like "To Mom with Love" and "Stars R Us".

Nikki's philosophy states that "If you cannot do great things, do small things in a great way".
