A salute to the legendary Usain St Leo Bolt
Some of the world’s top track and field athletes came were out for a press conference yesterday at The Jamaica Pegasus hotel, ahead of tomorrow's JN Racers Grand Prix at the National Stadium.
Dubbed, 'A salute to the legendary Usain St Leo Bolt', Saturday will be the last competitive race that Bolt runs on home soil.
The top athletes who came out to show star power were: world record holder in the 400 metres Wade van Niekerk; 5000 metre and 10,000 metre gold medallist Mohamed Farrah; middle distance Olympic champion, David Rudisha; World and Olympic sprint champion, Allyson Felix; reigning Olympic triple jumper, Christian Taylor, and former World and Olympic 100 metre hurdles Champion hurdles, Sally Pearson.
