The National Commercial Bank Jamaica Limited (NCB) says it will resume operations at eight branches on Thursday.

It says this is part of its phased recovery efforts following the impact of Hurricane Melissa.

The branches that will be reopened are Duke Street, Half-Way Tree, Constant Spring, New Kingston, Portmore, University, May Pen, and Old Harbour.

Customers are encouraged to continue accessing their accounts via NCB Online Banking, the NCB mobile app, and ABMs at available branch locations.

“Our hearts go out to everyone affected by Hurricane Melissa,” said Bruce Bowen, CEO of NCB. “We remain committed to standing with our customers, team members, and communities as the nation recovers. NCB will continue to play its part in rebuilding and restoring lives and livelihoods, all while staying true to our purpose of building a better Jamaica.”
