The Jamaica Labour Party leader has accused the Opposition People’s National Party of seeking to deny citizens government benefits for its political gain.

Speaking in St Elizabeth yesterday afternoon, Holness said there are houses which are ready to be delivered to homeowners in South East St Mary.

However, he said he has had to delay the handing over because he does not want to be accused of acting improperly ahead of the upcoming by-election in the constituency.

Holness also suggested concerns raised about integrity by the opposition are not genuine.
